After 1 Year of Employment

Vacation

The company grants annual vacation with pay to regular full-time employees who meet the following service requirements:

1 to 3 Years ------ 1 Week Vacation
4 to 9 Years ------ 2 Week Vacation
10 + Years ------ 3 Week Vacation

401k Plan

Available to eligible employees of at least 21 years of age after 1 year of service. The company matches half of employees' contributions up to 5%.

Continuing Education

Monthly hands-on classes are taught by our specialized engineers at our Orlando location. The company pays for cost of all classes; the employee is responsible for purchasing school books and/or supplies. Freon certification and journeyman's license opportunities are available also.

We have also developed a real-time grocery store at our Orlando location to better aid our service technicians and provide them with hands-on training.
