Our in-house Call Center and Dispatch Department are fully staffed 24/7, 365 days a year to ensure that you can always reach us.  Our corporate phone system was designed to prevent any possible outage, even during a loss of power, such as might occur in a hurricane.

We can provide 24/7 remote monitoring of your commercial refrigeration system through our state-of-the-art, hurricane-proof data center and dispatch department.  We’re able to detect problems long before there’s a risk of product loss.

5. Large Service Fleet

Advanced Refrigeration & Air has a fleet of 100 service trucks, all well stocked with parts inventory.  In most cases, we can get to your location within two hours of your service call. 

Additionally, we have specially designed pressure cleaning trucks that we’ll bring to your site for thorough cleanings as needed.  These trucks are capable of heating water up to 280˚F and pressurizing it up to 3,000 psi.  We’re able to super-clean your evaporators and condensers, thereby increasing the system’s efficient operation and longevity.

6. Trained Technicians

 We built a 5,000 sq. ft. training grocery store in our Orlando facility that we use to educate our employees.  We’ve also developed and copyrighted our own rigorous curriculum and training manuals.  Before a technician ever sets foot in your store, he’s had hands-on training and certification.  He’s worked on the latest refrigeration systems and learned our stringent quality requirements.
