- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- HVAC or refrigeration certification.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on commercial refrigeration systems to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in commercial refrigeration to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Ability to work on call rotation.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- EPA Universal Certification for handling refrigerants (required).
- Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to use specialized tools and equipment for diagnosing and repairing refrigeration equipment.
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and refrigeration principles.
