Construction Administrative Assistant
Since 1986, Advanced Refrigeration & Air has been a leader in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning. Based in Orlando, Florida, our family-owned company operates across five locations in the state. For over 35 years, we have provided top-tier service to grocery retailers, restaurants, and businesses throughout Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our Construction team.
Individual must be organized, detail orientated, self-motivated and a team player. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Overview
We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Construction team. This role is essential in supporting our construction projects by providing administrative and clerical assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position requires effective communication skills and working collaboratively with various team members.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the organization of safety meetings.
Creating the Department Schedule
Job Phase Hours
Order and track Airgas Cylinders
Order and track Equipment Rentals
Print Orders
Project Updates
Schedule Inspections
Time Sheet Calculations
Assistant to the Construction Administration Manager
Qualifications:
Proficient experience in Microsoft Office products, such as: Excel, Outlook, Word.
2+ Years Administrative Office Experience
Experience in Acumatica, Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, and SharePoint a plus.
