As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Lead Installer to join our residential division!

As a Lead Installer, you play a pivotal role in overseeing the installation process of residential refrigeration systems, ensuring precision, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage residential system installations from start to finish.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure smooth execution of installation projects.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to plan installation procedures.
• Perform on-site assessments to determine installation requirements and address any potential challenges.
• Train and mentor installation team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including materials used, time spent, and any issues encountered.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify that installations meet company standards and client expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during installation.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of residential systems and components.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and interact with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• HVAC or refrigeration certification.
