Your role will involve installing, assembling, and maintaining piping systems for commercial refrigeration applications, ensuring our clients receive the best service possible.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints and specifications to plan and install piping systems for commercial refrigeration equipment like coolers, freezers, and ice machines.
• Measure, cut, and assemble piping using hand and power tools to meet project standards.
• Ensure proper alignment, support, and sealing of piping systems to prevent leaks and optimize performance.
• Utilize welding, brazing, soldering, or mechanical joining techniques as needed for assembly.
• Assist in installing hanger systems for refrigerant lines and plumbing components.
• Test piping systems for leaks and pressure, adjusting and repairing as necessary to meet regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of proven pipefitting experience, ideally in commercial refrigeration.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and technical specifications interpretation.
• Skills in welding, brazing, soldering, and mechanical joining.
• Strong understanding of pipefitting techniques, tools, and materials for commercial refrigeration.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in varied environments, including confined spaces and heights.
• Availability for out-of-town work with night shifts (weekends off).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
