 Join us if you are a start-up technician with experience in installing commercial refrigeration systems. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring systems meet client specifications and industry standards through commissioning, testing and calibration.

 Responsibilities:

•  Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to understand requirements and timelines for new commercial refrigeration installations.
• Conduct pre-start-up inspections to ensure correct installation and compliance with design specifications.
• Perform system start-up according to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools, and ensure proper operation during start-up.
• Conduct functional tests and performance evaluations to verify temperature control and energy efficiency.
• Document start-up activities comprehensively in commissioning reports for client review.

 Qualifications:

•  Minimum 2 years of proven experience in commercial refrigeration start-up.
• Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems, components, and start-up procedures, including Emerson, CPC, and Danfoss control systems.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems, including wiring diagrams and refrigeration principles.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and adapt to various work environments.
• Availability for out-of-town assignments with night shifts (weekends off).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
