We are seeking Supervisors with strong leadership, extensive construction knowledge, and a successful track record in commercial refrigeration projects to oversee all construction activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise supermarket refrigeration projects, including new installations, renovations, and retrofits, from start to finish.
• Provide leadership to construction teams, ensuring safe and efficient work according to project plans.
• Review project plans and specifications, overseeing scheduling and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with project managers and trades to procure materials and resolve construction issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients and trades to provide updates and resolve conflicts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supermarket Install/Start-Up Supervisor or similar role in commercial refrigeration construction.
• Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems, including piping and system startup.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical specifications.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work out of town and nights (weekends off).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
